Last updated: July 27, 2026. When Booscala first came in, Glasshop24 had 3,000 SKUs on Amazon with no SEO, no optimized copy, no brand story, no clean storefront and only auto campaigns. Stuck at €30K a month. That starting point still matches brands we audit in 2026.

Three years in they were flat on old shop software at €10K a month. Shopify and Google had never been touched. One channel. No system. The multi-channel build that followed is still the mid-2026 playbook for large catalogs.

01 Listings: We rebuilt 3,000 SKUs from the ground up. SEO, copy, images, A+ content, brand story, a clean storefront and a catalog system built to scale. We synchronized pricing with the ERP system so every product was accurate across every channel at all times.
02 Advertising We replaced auto campaigns with a full retail media strategy across Amazon, Google Shopping and Google Ads. Scaled Google Ads on a POAS model — profit on advertising spend — because at this catalog size margin matters more than revenue. Built a seasonal merchandise engine for a catalog spanning shower glass, mirrors, tables and wellness furniture across Germany and Austria.
03 Operations We led the full ecommerce transition from their old shop software to Shopify and later Shopify Plus. Built the entire store from zero to €150K a month with a ROAS of 6. Synchronized the full flywheel across both warehouses, Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shop. Built 3,000 plus SEO pages for Google organic, which now generates €50K a month in organic revenue. Implemented AI support automation that removed 90% of support tickets and freed the team entirely.

We built AI workflows for creative video and image production that deliver 100 images a day at the same daily cost. Same budget. One hundred times the output. It changed the economics of the entire marketing operation permanently.
